We are really excited, absolutely grateful and even more motivated – if that is even possible – and yes, we admit: we’re a bit proud, too. On ourselves, our project and the recognition 20s.BERLIN receives from Unreal engine developer Epic Games. We have always believed in our idea – but having been selected for a MegaGrant and being supported now… That feels different.
We are also grateful for the visibility in the international VR scene that is usually associated with such a MegaGrant. By the way: We’ ll invest our grant in an extended fine-tuning of our time travel experience. After all, we want to revive not only the architecture and cars, the clothing but also the details such as poster motifs and headlines as authentically as possible, so that you can really and fully experience the feeling of being in the roaring twenties. And this is exactly where we can now step it up a notch.
