Therefore, please book your ticket online or redeem your voucher in time. With us, you book a specific time slot for which we reserve a freshly disinfected VR goggle for you. The starting time indicated in your ticket is binding. Please make sure to be on site a few minutes before the start of your time travel so that we can check you in on time!

Of course, we conscientiously implement all applicable hygiene regulations on site. We not only clean and disinfect our VR headsets after each use, but also all other surfaces that come into contact with customers. In addition, our employees are also required to carry out more general hygiene measures. In accordance with current regulations, both our employees and our guests are required to wear mouth/nose protection. Please inform yourself well in advance of your visit about the current hygiene regulations.
